He is co-author of Cases & Materials on Intelligence Law. As Colonel (USAR), Judge Advocate Generals Corps (JAG), he was also a Professor of International Law & the Asst. Chair of the International Law Dept. at the Army Judge Advocate General's School. Admitted to the practice of law in N.Y., VA & D.C. and before: U. S. Tax Court, U. S. Court of Military Appeals & U.S. Supreme Court.
