As you might now, today the two Ukrainian Presidential candidates will meet to
debate about their positions and view of the future. You can watch the debate on the
on-line streaming channel UTR. Ihor Kovalenko found this channel and sent the ink.
The program is on the page http://www.utr.tv/efir/ In the top left corner there is a
link that says "Want to watch, Press Here". If you press, you will have another
window with the map. If you select "Eurasia", you will have a stream of current
programming: if the program says 19:00, this is 11:00 Central time (the difference with
Ukraine in 8 hours). The quality of this stream is far from perfect but you can hear
sound even if you have an image delay. If you pick "America", you will get a 7-hour
delayed programming: if the program says 19:00, this is 18:00 Central time. The
quality of the later is much better. So, basically you can watch the program two
times. The debates will be at 11 am (pick Eurasia or Ukraine) and 6 pm (pick America)
Central time.
