      Нешановані мною панове кучмісти!

      Я навмисно називаю вас так, а не іншим популярним у народі майже турецьким словом, щоб не порушувати Закон України "Про вибори Президента України" й не агітувати таким чином за чи проти в день виборів. Таким чином я підкреслюю свою, на відміну від вас, в т.ч і тих, хто поставлений охороняти Закон, свою законослухняність, повідомляючи при нагоді, що не маю й ніколи не мав ні холодної, ні гарячої зброї (навіть користуватися не вмію, бо в армії не служив), не вживаю, не продаю і не зберігаю наркотичних речовин, не виготовляю, не зберігаю й не поширюю фальшиві гроші та інші предмети, заборонені для обігу на триторії України, вже давно не вживав навіть слабкоалькогольних напоїв (і категорично не маю наміру їх вживати аж до повної нашої перемоги), палю лише підакцизні цигарки, переходжу дорогу виключно на зелене світло, не лаюся на вулицях і площах, не пристаю до перехожих і взагалі не порушую жодного пункту жодного Закону України.

      Не сприйміть, будь ласка, цей лист, як спробу попіаритись чи зробити з себе жертву злочинного режиму. Я ніколи цим не страждав всі чотири роки боротьби з ним, і ненамагався безпідставно волати про репресії щодо себе з кожної нагоди, яких, ви самі знаєте, у мене за ці роки було чимало: навіть не писав заяв до прокуратури чи гнівних листів протесту про візуальне стеження за мною, про прослуховування моїх телефонів і т. ін. До того ж який може бути піар, коли кругом людей хапають ні за що, запроторюють за грати за надуманими звинуваченнями, підкидають їм зброю та вибухівку? Навряд чи я стану більшою жертвою, ніж десятки, якщо не сотні тих, кого ви вже такими зробили.

      Про те, що мене мають заарештувати, я знав давно і саме від вас (є й серед вас порядні люди), однак ніколи не сприймав це близько до серця. Бо за ці роки вже настільки звик до вашого цинізму, що таке відчуття, як страх, вже давно мене покинуло. Ваш цілеспрямований і послідовний цинізм призвів до того, що, здається, навіть смерть краще, ніж подальше життя під подальшим вашим пануванням. А тут же йдеться не про неї, кістляву, а лише про якихось надцять днів відсидки.

      Чесно кажучи, мені, звиклому до описаного вище цинізму з вашого боку, здавалось, що вже нічому я дивуватись не буду. Але ваша ницість, з якою ви намагалися втілити намір про мій арешт, мене таке вразила. Адже ви не збиралися шукати хоча б формальні підстави для такого превентивного затримання, а доручили виконати цю брудну роботу ірпінським міліціонерам та суддям, переклавши на них відповідальність, і навіть не підказали їм, що і як вони мають робити, мовляв, думайте самі. І це при цьому, що ви, напевно, чудово знаєте, як нечасто зараз я буваю у себе вдома і в Ірпені взагалі. Але крайніми для виконання злочинного наказу ви визначили саме ірпінських правоохоронців, і добре, що на Майдан вчасно надійшов сигнал з обласного Управління МВС. Тож людям не довелося скоювати правопорушення, адже в Ірпені я так і не з"явився.

      Не з"явився не через страх і не через бажання вигородити ірпінських міліціонерів та суддів. Не бачу причин їх вигороджувати. Вони нічим не гірші за мене, і повинні самі мати мужність сказати "Ні" вищому начальству, яке примушує їх порушувати Закон. Не з"явився навіть не тому, що збираюся, якщо сказати пафосно, зберегти себе для участі у здобутті перемоги. Я не страждаю манією величі та реально оцінюю свою роль: і вибори, і мирна оксамитова революція, якщо до такого дійде, відбудуться і без моєї участі, і від моєї відсутності аж нічого не втратять. На жаль чи на щастя не є я аж таким вершителем доль та впливовим чинником. Звичайно, я дуже ображусь, якщо мене позбавлять можливість брати участь у цих доленосних для України процесах, і намагатимусь помститися (законним шляхом - суди, нова прокуратура тощо) тим, хто забере в мене таке задоволення (а якщо не я, то це зроблять мої соратники). Бо дуже вже хочеться бути особисто причетним, щоб потім дітям розповідати, враженнями з друзями за столом ділитися, поринати у яскраві спогади. От саме тому я й не збираюсь іти у підпілля, бо тоді моя особиста причетність до того всього буде такою самою, як і під час перебування за гратами.

      Смішно сказати, але у період між двома турами виборів мене іноді відвідувало крамольне бажання, щоб мене заарештували до кінця виборів. Знов таки не через бажання прославитись (яка тут слава, коли затримують і закривають купу людей), а тому, що таким чином я б міг надурити свою совість. Бо вона мене гризла за те, що я, за браком часу, не встиг зробити. Тепер я за грати не хочу. Бо того, що я не зробив, уже не зроблю. Поїзд пішов - вибори насунулися.

      Сьогодні я не схотів зустрічатися з вами, бо, як у кожної людини, в мене, попри мою реальну самооцінку, все ж залишалися перед днем виборів деякі "хвости", тобто справи, які я мав доробити. Щойно я їх закінчив і тепер зі спокійною душею, що від мене особисто уже нічого не залежить, і від моєї відсутності ніщо не постраждає, я ходитиму по вулицях, де ви можете, якщо маєте ще таку потребу, мене "загребти". Ховатися я не збираюсь, адже відчуваю себе вільною людино, хай і у невільній країні, а тому не збираюся давати до ваших рук такого козиря, як переховування нібито від відповідальності занемкоєні мною правопорушення. Більше того, сьогодні, протягом визначеного Законом України "Про вибори Президента України" часу (з 8.00 до 20.00) я маю твердий намір завітати до Ірпеня й скористатися своїм правом голосу на виборчій дільниці за місцем проживання, оскільки відкріпного посвідчення я не брав.

      З цими словами я і лягатиму спати, чого і вам бажаю, оскільки година вже пізня, і у вас також, напевно, очі злипаються.

      На Закарпатті з виборчої комісії пістолетами вигнали словацьких спостерігачів.


      Гаряча лінія.

      У спостерігачів відібрали посвідчення і під дулами пістолетів наказали забиратися геть. Європа побачила обличчя українського політичного бандитизму на своєму кордоні..

      О 18.30 двоє словацьких спостерігачів прийшли до 89 дільниці 70 виборчого округу, який знаходиться у селі Тернівці. Коли вони спробували зайти на дільницю аби представитися і познайомитися , до них вискочили люди в цивільному, які відібрали у них посвідчення і під дулами пістолетів наказали забиратися геть і більше там не появлятися.

      40 спостерігачі із Словаччини прибули в Україну в рамках акції “Обчанске око” (Громадський нагляд). Про інцидент вже повідомлено посольство Словаччини у Києві і уряд Словаччини в Братіславі.

        In Zakarpattya region of Ukraine, election observers from Slovakia were threatened with the guns and expelled from a local election committee.

        The Hot line.

        The election observers were robbed of their testimonials at gunpoint and ordered to leave the polling station. The guests from the EU were able to become the first-hand witnesses to the political banditry that is becoming rampant in Ukraine.

        Two Slovak observers came to the polling station number 89 which belongs to the 70th electoral district located in Ternivtsi village in Western Ukraine, not far away from the EU-Ukraine border. As they were about to enter the station and to introduce themselves, unidentified people wearing civilian clothes blocked them from coming inside, took away their election testimonials and ordered them to leave the village for good.

        All in all, 40 Slovak election observers recently came to Ukraine under the auspices of the “Obchansk Oko” (Civic Watch) program. Both the Embassy of Slovakia in Kyiv and the Slovak Government in Bratislava have been informed about the incident.

        The regime agony, accompanied by a sharp crime increase, demonstrates the depth of the precipice into which the country may fall, unless its Citizens save it. As in the first round, Maidan newsline is filled by reports on attacks, assaults, batteries, etc. – all what represents the master plan of behavior of those who choose to support Yanukovych. Their choice is clear. According to the Jury Member who has sent him into prison for the first time, Viktor Yanukovych used to be a member of a gang that was doing robberies in Donetsk region. And a group of people that is running Ukraine now it is hard to call differently then “a gang”.

        For example, the alcohol-intoxicated vice-major of the Kramatorsk-city mister Zakharov was personally leading the group of teenagers to throw eggs into the popular rock-group “VV” during their concert.

        During the first round, Sumy and Kirovograd regions governors demonstrated especially hard efforts in falsifications of the election results (even on the background of frauds in other regions). Now it became known that the USA has refused them in the right to enter its territory. Maidan-inform thinks that a prison is the only territory appropriate for these men.

        The head of the Uzhgorod city headquarters of Yanukovych, the chair of the Tourism Department of Transcarpatia administration Slobodyanyuk, gathered approximately 200 criminals. According to Yuschenko regional headquarters, they are divided into several groups and given Yuschenko symbolic for the purpose of setting up pogroms and assaults on the polling stations. It is said, the idea of these provocations belongs to SDPU(0) member Nestor Shufrych.

        Administration of the Lviv mental hospital has asked the relatives of the patients to submit the patient’s passports. Since Maidan-inform does not have any reason to believe that it is about the patient’s future employment in the administration (except some claims of mister Baziv), we suspect that the true reason for this passport collection is an attempt to use the votes of the mentally ill patients in Yanukovych favor.

        The Elections Committee of 115-th district might have mental problems of its own (or wants to go to jail), while prohibiting voters to use any other pens then those provided in the cabins. Committee members must provide a strict control over it! Maidan-inform thinks that the authors of this decision soon will have to go either to the above-mentioned mental hospital, or to the prison (according to the Article 157 of the Criminal Code).

        Police also does unlawful things. In the Mykolaiv-city, at least 10 policemen blocked People’s Deputy Yury Shyrko and his assistants, who where putting orange stripes on the Lenin Prospect. Police demanded them to stop the action, since the stripes violate sanitary code.

        We obtained information that the President Kuchma Administration has ordered to the General Prosecutor to arrest the former defense minister General Marchuk, who was in the hospital at that time. However, General Marchuk disappeared from the hospital. The attempts to arrest Marchuk are determined by the desire to restrict his possible influence at the “time X”. It is also believed; he has a lot of materials compromising the President and the Government.

        Yesterday, we reported the incident in the café Gelios, which was turned into a true center for election falsifications, and where there was an assault on the People’s Deputy Terekhin.

        A little private shop in the Kharkiv-city was visited by official Yanukovych representatives. The visitors demanded from the store owners to “hang up Yanukovych in the store window”. Most likely, they meant Yanukovych picture, however, they did not say it. So the storeowners understood them literally: “OK! Just bring him to us, and don’t forget about the rope” – tey responded.

    Голова адміністрації президента Віктор Медведчук вибрав сценарій уже опівночі з 21 на 22 листопада оголосити Віктора Януковича переможцем за результатами попереднього підрахунку голосів.

    Таку установку Медведчук дав главі Центвиборчкому Сергію Ківалову, повідомляють джерела "Української правди".

    За словами джерела, будинок АП підготовлений до тривалої облоги - на дахах й в окремих кімнатах верхніх поверхів будівель по Банковій підготовлені вогневі точки для снайперів.

    У ніч на неділю у дворі АП установили біотуалети для спецназівців.

    Охорона одержала тверду вказівку - пропускати в будинок АП співробітників строго за списком, а в список увійшли тільки співробітники не нижче керівників управлінь адміністрації президента.

    Крім того, джерело в українських спецслужбах повідомив, що ФСБ Росії проводить "надсекретну операцію": ними надруковано на своїй території й доставлено в Україну 1,5 мільйона бюлетенів, виготовлених на спеціальному папері, просоченому хімічною речовиною, що знебарвить зроблені в ході голосування відмітки.

    Бюлетені рівномірно впроваджені в масиви легальних бюлетенів, отриманих територіальними виборчими комісіями Києва й ряду центральних областей України, де в першому турі явно лідирував Ющенко.

      Medvedchuk has ordered to declare Yanukovych victory by midnight. Snipers on the Bankova-street

      The chair of Kuchma Administration Viktor Medvedchuk has decided to declare the Yanukovych victory by today’s midnight by the preliminary results.
      He gave this order to the CEC Chair Kivalov, Ukrainska Pravda reports.
      According to the source, the building of Administration is prepared for a lengthy siege. There are also places for snipers on the roof and in some windows of the neighboring buildings. In the backyard, one can see mobile toilets for policemen. Security guards have been ordered not to allow in the building anyone except those on the special list, which contains only the top officials of the Administration (not lower then heads of Directorates).

      The source from the Ukrainian Intelligence has informed about top-secret operation of the Russian intelligence (FSB), which has forfeited about 1,500,000 ballets soaked with special chemical to remove the mark that the voters put.
      These ballets are uniformly distributed over the mass of the legal ones, obtained by the elections committees in Kyiv and other cities where Yuschenko was the leader in the first round

          For instance, in Podil district (stations #7-8, district #220) they reported violations. In the first case, it was about a pro-Yuschenko sticker not far from the station (despite next to it there was a poster “Yanukovych – orthodox President”); in the other case – help to a blind. Despite the process of the voting of the blind voter was videotape recorded, the report can give an excuse to declare elections invalid.
          Be very careful! Give help to the blind in the presence of Donesk guys only. Committee members are prohibited by law to give such a help. Make sure that there are no Yushenko materials in the neighborhood of your station!

    "Ekho of Moscow" radio, refering to exit-poll data of sociologysts, has annonced the leadership of the establishment candidate Yanukovych.
    The numbers given by their informers informers vary.

Apparently, for the purpose of manipulation of the public opinion there are trying to make use of the fact that the Russian media are not a subject for Ukranian legislation, prohibiting announcement of exit poll results before the end of elections.

      Explosives on the polling stations in Ternopil

      According to the local Yuschenko headquarters, in the Ternopil-city, on the stations #55, 84, 85 and 86 (district #166) explosive devices with timers were found. All these stations are located in the buildings of schools.
      Upon arrival, the police, took the explosives to the stadium and blocked the neighboring territory. The voting on the mentioned above stations has been stopped. These stations are supposed to serve approximately 13,000 voters.

      В приміщенні дільниці стоять біля десяти спортивних молодиків і не дають спостерігачам проводити відеозйомку, погрожуючи і фізично відтісняючи їх. Їхній керівник, чоловік біля 45 років, аргументує їхні дії тим, що громадян не можна знімати без їх особистого дозволу. Представники міліції ніяк не реагують на їх присутність і поведінку.

      Підписано 650 напівзаповнених актів про порушення, щоб після підрахунку вписати дані дільниць, де переможе Ющенко, аби визнати там вибори недійсними.

      Громадянам відмовляють у можливості проголосувати на тій підставі, що вони не стоять на консульському обліку. У першому турі такої проблеми не було.
      При цьому режим роботи консульського відділу сам ствоює проблеми з постановкою на облік, працюючи два рази на тиждень по три години, створюючи черги.

      АВСТРІЯ.
      На дільницю у Відні прибула вже друга група виборців з однаковою проблемою – в Україні їм було відмовлено у видачі відкріпних посвідчень. Вони прибули з 161-ї дільниці 20-го округу на Волині (де відмову вмотивували нібито забороною відкріпних) і з 78-го округу у Запоріжжі.
      Загалом активність виборців в Австрії зростає. На 15.00 проголосувало вже більше 500 виборців (у першому турі було використано всього 492 бюлетені).

        Local authorities are paying money for votes for Yanukovych, from 5 to 10 hryvnyas each. They say, the money came from the district administration. There was also a bus LAZ (plate #09787XM) that delivered young people from Netishyn, where they already voted. They came to Shepetivka to vote once more, using absentee ballets.

        Voters are rejected on the excuse that there are not on the consular list. However, this was not a problem in the first round. At the same time, the Consulate is guilty in creation of this problem, working only three hours two times per week and having long lines.

        There were two groups of people with the same problem – in Ukraine they were rejected to obtain absentee ballets. They came from station #161 (district 20) in Volyn (were rejection was motivated by prohibition of absentee ballets) and from the 78-th district in Zaporizzhia.
        Overall activity of voters is growing. By 3 pm, there was more then 500 voters, while in the first round only 492 people did show up.

          According to glavred.info, a disappearnce of a signeture of a Committee member from a ballet was noticed on the station #70, located in the State Economic University (Peremogy Prosp).
          This fact was reported to Yuschenko headquartes by Peoples deputy Valery Lebedynsky. According to his words, this fact indicates a law violation and the police was called

      Two Schemes for Massive Fraud in the Donetsk Region (electoral district no. 60)
      According to the Ukrainian MP Iurii Pavlenko, two schemes for massive electoral fraud are being put in practice at the polling stations of the electoral district no. 60 in the Donetsk Region (the towns of Khartsyzk and Artemivsk).

      The first scheme uses the so-called "mobile groups". Such groups, four to five persons in a car, circulate around the district and visit every polling station. Approximately twenty such groups have been detected, making 100 the total number of persons involved, and they have already popped up at all the stations before 1.00 pm. To obtain their ballots, they produce, instead of a password, a calendar with a picture of Mr. Ianukovych to the commission members. They come in larger mobs, two or three cars at a time, and cannot be stopped, threatening physical violence. They have already had some clashes with our observers.

      The second scheme implies the “mobile” polling boxes. According to the voting regulations, each polling station has a list of elderly people, invalids and disabled that cannot come and cast in their ballots, and the members of the election commission have to visit them in their homes. In fact, the polling stations of the Donetsk Region have two lists, besides the normal one, totalling 20 to 50 hindered persons per station, there is a second – falsified – one with 300 names and more, in which dead and absent people are entered that will not possibly come in person. Until 1.00 pm the mobile boxes came back, each of them containing about 300 filled ballot papers. Is it thinkable that 300 persons should have been visited during 4 or 5 hours with only one box?

      At most stations observers representing Iushchenko’s campaign headquarters are not present, because the police and some gangsterish-looking people won’t let them in. Each action we take provokes a resistance. In answer to our complaints concerning some polling stations, the district commission says it is local abuse that should be dealt with at the respective station. The total number of voters in the Donetsk Region grew up by 300.000 with respect to the previous round of the election, while in comparison to 1999, it soared by 700 to 800 thousand.

      All these irregularities will be taken to the Supreme Court. Future developments will unavoidably lead to the use of this legal way of solving the problems. The country can get an illegally elected President and find itself in isolation. In fact, all the polling records in the Donetsk Region have been signed in advance, with the necessary attendance and votes numbers, and they will be simply legalized after the end of the ballot count. This is their main plan.
      Three weeks ago, they imitated democracy, now they do not even care about the appearances.

      According to their plans, the attendance will reach 98-99 % of the total number of voters, and Ianukovych will get 95-97 % of the votes. In reality, the population of the Donetsk Region is smaller than the number of votes their statistics presents.

    Yury Klyuchkovsky said on the briefing in the CEC: “What is going cannot be called democratic elections. Authorities devoted their efforts to falsifications”.

    According to Klyuchkovsky, courts operate promptly and stay fast for the law. However, there are hundreds of court decisions that are not fulfilled by the Yanukovych representatives in the Committees. As an example, he mentioned district #42 (Donetsk region), where 372 members and observers from Yuschenko were expelled from the Committee

    Absentee ballet voting remains a problem, especially in the Kharkov region (District #177, represented by Stepan Havrysh).

    The chair of the Committee #90 (district 222, Kyiv-city) Lutsenko has revealed an attempt to vote by mister Romanko from Yagotyn, using an absentee ballet issued by non-existing station #294, district #99. He also revealed an attempt to vote in similar way by ms. Steplova. The faked ballets were signed by Committee member Savchuk, sealed with a seal of non-existing station and filled in Russian, which contradicts to the Law.
