Why General Prosecutor Mr. Piskun has been expelled from his osition!
Last week Mr. Piskun made the statement, that the criminal case concerning murders of journalist Gongadze almost finished. One of the participants of Gongadze murder : General of Ukrainian police Mr.Pukach has been arrested and was ready to give the witnesses to the Court of justice. This fact threatened the president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma and he expelled General Prosecutor from his position without grounded motivations. Next step of Kuchma : the order to release General Pukach from the prison. After this in the center of Ukrainian capital – Kiev exploded jeep Toyota. Inside in the car ware criminal boss in Ukraine “Kisel” with his gangsters. The interesting point is that mafioso “Kisel” is a former councilor an also friend of President Kuchma. There is suspicion that members of “Kisel’s” gang killed together with policemen Journalist Gongadze. Ukrainian parliamentarians, journalists think that trying of assassination of “Kisel” could give chains to the moderators of killing Gongadze to liquidate another witness of this worldwide scandal. Expelling of Mr.Piskun from his former position as General Prosecutor put in danger the possibility to bring the organizers of killing the journalist Gongadze to the Court!
