Станом на ніч 23 листопада Кучма примудрився стати єдиним світовим лідером, що фактично засудив грузинську опозицію. Причому зробив це від імені всього СНД, яке поки що дипломатично мовчить, або висловюється вкрай обережно, як російській міністр Іванов.
Вночі в Тбілісі Іванов заявив, що Росія виступає за територіальну цілісність Грузії та за те, щоби парламентські вибори (нові? виглядає, що він вже вважає це фактом - М.-І.) пройшли демократично і в межах Конституції.
Західні лідери висловлюють стурбованість ситуацією та бажають недопущення кровопролиття.
Кофі Анан закликав сторони конлфкту до діалогу.
ОБСЄ закликав Шеварнадзе знайти політичне і демократичне рішення.
Генсек Ради Європи Швімер закликав обидві сторони утриматися від будь яких форм насильства.

Governments around the world have reacted to the political turbulence in Georgia with words of caution and concern. Here is some of the reaction in quotes.

Kofi Annan, United Nations Secretary General:
"The secretary general continues to follow with concern the volatile situation in Georgia. He reiterates his call to all parties to exercise restraint[not stop the process or something... SG], and urges them to do everything possible to initiate a viable political dialogue towards a peaceful solution to this crisis," Mr Annan spokesman said.

А як же ж!
Ясна річ: єдиний. Бо відбув лише операцію з видалення болячки, а не операцію з розділення сиамських близнюків.Та й не має певности що до того, чи читав Ку=чмо оту заяву, що її видала від його імені НСДАП.
Але цілком дивним є те, що бздливий та обережний, за звичай, Ку=чмо підписав того придуркуватого папірця. Згадай мо! Коли моськалі заходили си взяти Тузлу своєю греблею, Ку=чмо,-- мов води у рота набрав,-- і мовчав більш тижня; а тут,-- ледве його лікарі заштопали,-- загелмесив заяву!
То ж,-- неповторий, бля!
