  With all due respect to the Europeans, and to all those who speak of the necessity of an electoral rerun. Should the High Court invalidate the results of the November 21 vote because of mass falsifications, the question which immediately arises to my mind is NOT "what's next electorally" i.e. a rerun or a new election, but the rather more prosaic one: Who was responsible for the falsifications and how high did this go? We know who. We know that among the criminals (and this is a heavy crime against the Ukrainian people) are Yanukovich, Tihipko (his Chief of Staff), etc etc etc up to and including Kuchma and Pinchuk. How can individuals guilty of this crime participate in anything except a one way trip to the jailhouse? How can any decent, law abiding individual (like the legitimacy-seeking and law 0riented Yushchenko for instance) agree to participate in a new election with people guilty of this crime? Meanwhile Pinchuk is quoted in the New York Times that "everybody falsifies here", and that those who won just "did it better" (chuckle chuckle). Is this the kind of "new Ukraine" that Yushchenko and company stand for?

  Охорона побачить скупчення людей у Борисполі і посадить літак

  в Гостомелі, Василькові чи ще де-небудь.

  Неправильна постановка питання

  Нащо всім їхати до Борисполя? Це має зробити Прокуратура нового Президента України. Зараз самий час для передачи влади.
