3M has retained the services of NineSigma to seek respondents to RFP# 30399-25, "Solution-Based Transparent Conductors and Deposition Methods."

NineSigma (representing 3M) has identified you as a contact who might know of someone with expertise in, new solution based materials (organic or inorganic) and/or processing methods able to deliver thin, optically transparent and highly conductive films.
